The "Consell
General" (Parliament), 28 members elected by
universal suffrage for 4 years. It is a mixed and joint
representation of the national population and its 7 administrative
division.
Executive power
The "Consell General" elects a Head
of Government, who appoints the Ministers,
to manage the home and international affairs.
Local power
The "Comuns"
(Local Council) are the administrative organs, composed
for 10 members democratically elected for 4 years.
